Our work places students at the center of mobilizing entire
communities via new concepts of digital service
learning and digital media. We create new bridges among students, teachers, world leading scholars, and chamber of commerce business leaders.
Join Our Team! (secondary through graduate school students)
Imagine a single destination where all students and teachers could gain free and open access to learn directly from local community leaders and Nobel Laureates, MacArthur Fellows, Guggenheim Fellows, Alfred P. Sloan Research Fellows, and the world's leading social entrepreneurs. To date, 127 Guggenheim Fellows, 51 Alfred P. Sloan Research Fellows, 34 MacArthur Fellows, and 7 Nobel Laureates have agreed to volunteer a sample of their knowledge in support of our vision. We call this process open source teaching, the new form of public service for a knowledge economy.
"...our
only course is to provide all of our children with ample opportunity to
pursue their passions and their dreams. Our level of understanding of
human development is too meager to allow us to forsee which of the
children in our midst will be the next Beethoven, Modigliani, or Martin
Luther King (1996 Kyoto Prize)." - 2007 Nobel Laureate Mario Capecchi.
